Hi, my name is Shelby Kroach and I am a registered nutritionist. I started “The Simple Dish” as a way to share my passion for nutrition, cooking, fitness, health and well-being. I will be dishing out lots of information about recipes I’ve created or enjoy, nutrition and health tips that will keep you in check, and “must try” restaurants around the city.     I love reading your blog. I, too, am a great fan of oatmeal. I was never able to swallow it until I learned that it helps with my blood pressure issues. I smother it with strawberries and blueberries and now I love it…every morning!
